Hi friend, it's nice to meet you!

I’m passionate about helping moms do pregnancy and postpartum BETTER- not just through movement.

For a long time, I focused on fitness and movement as the means by which to make this period seemingly "flourish". And then, I suffered through prenatal and postpartum depression. Back to back. No amount of movement made me feel better. I had to change the focus.

I met my dear friend Lauren Mott and together we created Stronger Mom Collective; efficient and effective movement and mindfulness for moms- a program that caters to not only the busy schedule of moms but the busy minds, too.

Because being well and healthy as a mom is about more than just getting in a workout or snapping back to a pre-baby shape. It's about mindfulness and nurturing the person you are and the body you have, NOW.

Thus, it's my goal to help you find a balance between life and movement that doesn't leave you feeling defeated. This stuff should NOT feel forced, draining, or boring. Walks with the family and spontaneous dance parties in the living room are the things that will keep you attached, whole, and smiling. So, mama, I'm here to create a safe space where you not only feel supported and connected but learn how to make time for yourself while balancing parenting, love, and life.

Although yoga is the primary channel through which I teach, 10 Minute Mama allows me to work with prenatal and postpartum personal training clients.

I'd love to talk about you, your unique struggles and how we can improve upon postpartum for you.

I’ve been training, teaching yoga, writing and lecturing about health, fitness, and wellness for 15 years. I received my Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology and hold several fitness certifications including ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, Postnatal Fitness Specialist, and E-RYT. I'm also currently pursuing my Postpartum Doula Certification.

I live in the Midwest with my husband, sons (with one on the way) and German Shorthaired Pointer, Lando.
