FAQs

What is the daily time commitment?

I'm only asking for 15 minutes. The daily yoga practices are 8-10 minutes, followed by 1-2 minutes of breathwork and meditation, and 3-4 minutes of journaling. This can be completed all at once or in two, 5-8 minute sessions

 

What level of difficulty is the yoga?

All of the yoga practices are geared towards the beginner but will be satisfying enough for all levels of yogi. The practices are meant to reset, inspire, and relax; you won't find any headstands here!

I'm pregnant, will the course still benefit me?

Absolutely. I found myself having some of these same emotions and struggles during pregnancy. Additionally, it never hurts to be prepared!

This isn't my first rodeo (aka I have other kids) will I get anything from this?

I would surely assume so. With every pregnancy and child, new challenges and struggles introduce themselves. Although these practices and writing assignments address specific emotions they can be applied on a broaad level for moms of all levels of experience.

As your instructor, I want you to be happy, healthy and successful. Helping other mamas find their groove gives me hope and purpose.

 

For the past 12 years I have worked with women helping helping them to find balance through movement and nutrition. 

 

As a mama, I live to serve other mamas, helping them rise up beyond the uncertainty to become their best self.
