ARE YOU A TEACHER WHO WANTS TO LEARN HOW TO WORK WITH PREGNANT AND POSTPARTUM BODIES BETTER?

Mama Love Yoga Teacher Training is an online yoga teacher training program for yoga and movement teachers who want to expand upon their knowledge and increase their understanding and confidence in working with pregnant and postpartum bodies. In this training, you will learn:

  • Effective modifications and methodologies for working with pregnant women and moms in private and group yoga settings.

  • How to utilize a biopsychosocial approach in working with pregnant and postpartum people who may be dealing with pain or emotional distress.

  • How to be confident and understanding when working with pre and postnatal people (at any stage postpartum) who are experiencing pelvic pain and/or pelvic floor concerns.

  • How to teach a class based on the bodies in front of you.

Hey, I'm Lauren!

I'm a yoga teacher, personal trainer, postnatal fitness specialist, I hold my Master's Degree in Exercise Science, and am studying to become a postpartum Doula.

I'm also a wife, and mama of two boys  (and a babe on the way). I am incredibly passionate about teaching pregnant women and moms how to find and prioritize smart, safe, efficient, effective, and empowering movement so they can enjoy their families and live fit, happy, fulfilling lives!
