I'm a yoga teacher, personal trainer, postnatal fitness specialist, and I hold my Master's Degree in Exercise Science. 

Above all, I'm a wife, and mama of two boys who is passionate about teaching pregnant women and moms how to find and prioritize smart, safe, efficient, effective, and empowering movement so they can enjoy their families and live fit, happy, fulfilling lives!
