Let's start here: My background is exercise physiology, in which I hold my Master's degree. I have been in a laboratory setting and conducted (a tiny bit of) research. I have taken classes on how to conduct, read, and interpret data from research. I've read BOAT LOADS of research. And yet, I will be the first to admit the gaps in my knowledge.
